This policy explains how Query Logic Solutions Limited("we", "us") handles personal data collected through this website. Our products, including GoRetail, Attendyn and Buzzly, have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use those products.

What we collect

When you send a message through the contact form, we collect what you type into it:

• your name and, if you give it, your business name;
• your phone number or email address;
• what you are looking for and the message you write.

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites.

How we use your data

• to reply to your message and discuss the work you asked about;
• to prepare a proposal or a product demonstration, if you ask for one;
• to keep the website secure and prevent abuse of the contact form.

We rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to keep in touch.

Who we share it with

Contact form messages are delivered to us by email, so they pass through our hosting provider, our email delivery provider (Resend) and our email provider. These providers process the data on our behalf. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you become a client, we keep the records we need for the contract and for legal and tax purposes.

Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you have the right to be told how your data is used, to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we process it. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.

If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
